All rates are for two people and include breakfast.
7.75% NC Sales Tax and 3% Local Accommodations Tax will be added to the rates listed below. There is no deduction for a meal missed.

Deposits:
A deposit equal to the daily rate for all guests is required for confirmed reservations and can be made by credit card or personal check. The deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified date or depart before the final date of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for individual bookings will be made only if cancellations are made fourteen (14) days in advance of the arrival date. If a cancellation must be made inside these specified cancellation windows, we regret that a deposit refund is not possible under any circumstances. In addition, deposits will not be refunded to guests in “no show” or early departure circumstances.

We glady accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, personal checks and travelers checks.
Meals
A bountiful breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Dinner is served from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner reservations are required. If we are notified one week prior to your arrival, restricted, special or vegetarian diets are easily accommodated.
Smoking
Blue Waters Mountain Lodge is a non-smoking facility.
Attire
Dress is informal. We do request no shorts in the dining room at dinner.
Children
Unfortunately, Blue Waters Mountain Lodge is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years unless the entire lodge is block booked by one group or family.
Pets
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
